Roles, Classifications and Applications of Tapered Roller Bearings
Ⅰ. The roles of the tapered roller bearing
Tapered roller bearings are mainly subjected to combined radial and axial loads based on the radial direction. The bearing capacity depends on the raceway angle of the outer ring. The larger the angle, the greater the bearing capacity.
Ⅱ. Classifications of tapered roller bearings for sale
This type of bearing is a separable bearing divided into single-row, double-row, and four-row tapered roller bearings according to the number of rows of rolling elements in the bearing. The clearance of single row tapered roller bearings needs to be adjusted by the user during installation; the clearances of double-row and four row tapered roller bearings have been set at the factory according to user requirements and do not require user adjustment. The tapered roller bearing has a sharp inner ring and an outer ring raceway, and the tapered rollers are arranged between the two. All the projection lines of the cone surface converge at the same point on the bearing axis. This design makes tapered roller bearings particularly suitable for bearing compound (radial and axial) loads. The contact angle α mainly determines the axial load capacity of the bearing; the larger the angle α, the higher the axial load capacity. The calculation coefficient e expresses the size of the angle; the greater the value of e, the greater the contact angle and the greater the applicability of the bearing to bear the axial load. Tapered roller bearings are usually separated. That is, the tapered inner ring component composed of the inner ring with roller and cage components can be installed separately from the tapered outer ring (outer ring).
Ⅱ. Tapered roller bearing uses
Tapered roller bearings for sale are widely used in automobiles, rolling mills, mining, metallurgy, and plastic machinery. The secondary reason for the scars of tapered roller bearings in the process of installation is: the bearing is being installed and assembled, and the inner ring and outer ring are skewed; Or it may be the emerging charge load in the process of installation and assembly, and finally form the scar of bearing.
When the tapered roller bearing is being installed, it must be stopped in accordance with the functional specifications. Otherwise, many problems will occur, such as the form of the device or the improper method, linear scars will be formed on the raceway surface and bony surface of the bearing. The deep groove ball bearing device indirectly reflects the precision, life, and function of the bearing when used.
